Leveraging its cutting-edge QRS Tech Platforms, the company will showcase how the rich, resonant sound of a trumpet can seamlessly blend with the organic tones of an acoustic piano—offering an unparalleled listening experience beyond what any speaker can achieve.

This breakthrough is made possible through a combination of AI-generated content, live recordings, and transcriptions, which are then added to the PNOmation library for playback on compatible systems. But what truly sets The Trumpeter apart is QRS EmbouchAir technology—a revolutionary mouthpiece system that transforms a standard trumpet into an automated, lifelike instrument.
 

How It Works & Availability
 

At launch, The Trumpeter will focus on delivering high-fidelity trumpet performances, with future expansions planned for additional instruments. Users can control song selections via the PNO4 Controller App, ensuring a seamless experience for both performers and audiences.

QRS is offering The Trumpeter at three price points:
 

• As an add-on to an existing PNO4 player piano system
• As a player system upgrade
• As a standalone unit featuring an integrated speaker and PNO4 Controller
   

For those without a trumpet, QRS will offer The Trumpeter pre-installed with a professional B&S trumpet and a universal mounting bracket compatible with tripods or microphone stands.

"Our voice coil technology, originally developed for our PNOmation player piano systems, has been adapted to precisely control the airflow into a trumpet's pipes," explains Thomas Dolan, President & CEO of QRS Music Technologies.
